XPC Cooling Vests are fitted with a set of 21 – PhaseCore 28 elements, which have an activation point of 82.4°F (28°C). When the body temperature rises above this point the elements provide a comfortable and soothing cooling effect.
XPC Cooling Vests are recharged by storing the PhaseCore elements in an environment less than the activation point. Refrigeration is not required, but will make the recharge period shorter. PhaseCore elements are completely recharged when they return to a solid state.
